Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom or personalized jewelry (e.g., name necklaces) is non-refundable unless defective.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
